Because we are an education and comparison publisher rather than an insurer or agent, we do not collect insurance applications, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, policy or claim data, health information, bank or card account numbers, or underwriting data on this site. We collect:

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a valid opt-out signal. Our site links to other ClearValue family sites and to third parties we do not operate — including insurers, licensed agents, comparison partners, and public sources. When you leave to a third party — for example, to get a quote or buy a policy from a licensed insurer or agent — that company’s own privacy policy governs the information you provide there. 14. International users

Our site is operated in the United States and intended for U.S. residents. If you access it from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
